Exclusivity, luxury and exceptional customer service are just a few of the values shared by the well-known, high-end vehicle brand Aston Martin and Soul Marbella, a development by AEDAS Homes in eastern Marbella.

For these reasons, the sales office for the exclusive Soul Marbella Sunset project was chosen by Aston Martin as the location to present the company’s new model, the DBX, to customers and interested parties. This new model is an all-terrain style SUV which maintains the brand’s characteristic sporty lines. This is the first time that customers in Spain have been able to see this new model by Aston Martin in person and also the first time a chosen few have been able to test drive it.

Key representatives from Porsche and Fiat

The event organized by Aston Martin and AEDAS Homes gathered a noteworthy group of representatives from the motoring world, which included those responsible for the luxury vehicle brand’s Spanish branch as well as the European Director of the company, Eva Driessen; the Director of Porsche Barcelona, José Manuel Velasco; and Fiat representative Alberto de Aza.

Ignacio Cañedo-Argüelles, development manager for AEDAS Homes and head of the Soul Marbella Sunset project, thanked those present for attending and the exclusive Aston Martin brand for having chosen Soul Marbella as the stage on which to present their new models.

AEDAS Homes and Aston Martin, shared values

Cañedo-Argüelles stressed the values which Aston Martin and Soul Marbella have in common, highlighting the exclusivity of the development, the high quality which runs from construction to the finishing touches in the spacious common areas and the personalized concierge service which will be a characteristic of the Soul Marbella complex.

In a similar manner to Soul Marbella, Aston Martin is focused on creating top quality products. The automobile brand has created an exclusive motorbike which was seen in Europe for the first time at the presentation held at Soul Marbella.

The Aston Martin motorbike debut

The motorbike, which the event attendees were able to see in person, was the first of just 100 which Aston Martin are making in collaboration with the French brand Brough Superior, specialists in producing entirely handcrafted motorbikes.

These motorbikes, which start at €100,000, cannot be registered and can only be ridden on closed circuits or on private property.

Of course, the gardens at the Soul Marbella sales office were also put to good use as a parking and display area for Aston Martin’s traditional model: the B11 sports convertible.

Soul Marbella Sunset, pure residential luxury

The Soul Marbella Sunset development is the first phase of the project and consists of 42 properties: 2 villas, 12 terraced villas and 28 spectacular apartments, all carefully designed, and built with the finest materials, both inside and out.

The individual family homes and villas have a floor area of up to 245 square metres, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cloak room, a spacious living room and spectacular south-west facing terraces and porches which extend the living area outdoors.

The communal areas boast 5 swimming pools, a gym and spa, cafeteria, co-working area and concierge services, which along with the open-air areas and their exceptional gardens, allow residents to experience the quality of life the Costa del Sol is famous for.
